We have access to the entire Metasys product, factory new, even those that cannot be obtained by a Johnson Controls ABCS (factory Authorized Building Controls Specialists). Along with being a Company veteran, our Engineer has over 24 years of experience on Johnson Controls products, and is enabled to do whatever you need without limitations on technology- with the best digital control components within the METASYS family. Our services can include: 1. Submittals only. 2. Submittals and project software. 3. Submittals, project software, and a fully configured Operator Workstation (desktop Personal Computer or Laptop). 4. All of the above, PLUS specialized training for your maintenance staff. Just send us the project Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP) drawings and schedules, (90% or better) along with the equipment submittals, and we'll do the rest. If you have no MEP drawings we can work with your mechanical consultants on a digital control system solution that is best for you. We specialize in projects that are less than $250,000 (automation cost). Many times, when a client wishes to install a system based on Johnson Controls, it can be less expensive to design and install by a company such as BAC, (due to the large overhead and scheduling costs) when compared to the large jobs (over $250,000) that Johnson Controls does well.
